Realize Promotional Offer
Terms & Conditions
1. Program Eligibility
Participation is open to New Users (as defined below) who create a Realize account during the Promotional Period (May 25, 2026 [AP1] – June 30, 2026). A “New User” is defined as an entity that:
Is not a current Realize advertiser.
Has not had any active spend on Realize within the 180 days prior to the Promotional Period start date.
Creates and commences spend on Realize prior to the end of the Promotional Period.
2. Qualification Criteria (The “Spend Threshold”)
To be eligible for the $1,000 USD credit, the New User must reach a minimum cumulative spend of $5,000 USD within 30 days of their account creation date.
If the $5,000 threshold is not reached within the 30-day window, no credit will be issued — regardless of spend accumulated after that date.
3. Credit Issuance and Billing
Credit Amount: A one-time credit of $1,000 USD will be applied to the user’s account.
Timing: The credit will be applied to the invoice for the calendar month immediately following the month in which the $5,000 threshold was reached.
Example: If the $5,000 threshold is reached on May 30, the $1,000 credit will appear on the June invoice (covering June activity). It will not be applied to the May invoice.
4. Additional Terms
Lead Approval: All participants must sign a valid Lead Agreement[AP2] . Taboola reserves the right to approve or reject participants as “Qualified Leads” at its sole discretion.
Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, content violations, or accounts that have been terminated will not be eligible for the $1,000 USD credit, regardless of whether the spend threshold has been met.
Modification & Termination: Taboola reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time, without prior notice.
Currency & Conversion: All spend requirements and credit amounts are denominated in USD. For accounts operating in other currencies, both the $5,000 USD spend threshold, and the $1,000 USD credit will be converted based on the exchange rate applied within the user’s Realize platform currency settings.
New Users’ activity on Realize shall be dictated by the below linked Terms and Conditions and Advertising Policies, unless negotiated otherwise between the parties. Any New User that does not comply fully with the linked terms and conditions, may be deemed ineligible (in Taboola’s sole discretion) to receive any invoice credits as detailed in this Promotional Offer.
